I'm Deanna Schultz, and I'm proud to offer a unique view of health and wellness, with an emphasis on yoga and other fitness methods as a secondary modality. I provide my personal training and yoga instruction throughout the country, focusing on the Florida Panhandle and Los Angeles. I'm also fluent in both Spanish and Italian.

Fitness Training

Our own body can be the best weight to help strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis. I help you use your own body to work out in order to strengthen your core, improve your balance, build lean muscle, and burn fat. After all, the best investment you can make is in your own health and well-being.

Yoga is especially beneficial for people who are in recovery from various physical conditions (and have received clearance from their doctor) to regain or enhance their quality of life. Practicing yoga can feel therapeutic in itself. When used to improve one’s overall general health and well-being, it can restore balance to the whole person, i.e. body, mind, spirit, and emotions. I help create a customized routine for individuals using a mixture of postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Learn About Deanna Schultz

An award-winning, multilingual journalist for more than 15 years, Deanna Schultz has now diversified her skill set through expansion into the fitness industry. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Prime of Life Yoga® Teacher, is trained in the Yoga & Healing Sciences, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with the National Yoga Alliance (YA), is yoga4cancer trained, and is currently studying to become a Yoga Therapist.

A few years ago, with the help of her Personal Trainer, Deanna lost 75 pounds; becoming fit, and ready for a battle she did not yet know was coming.  Shortly after her weight loss, she was diagnosed with breast cancer.  Her fitness, determination, and the support she received were her lifelines.  As a breast cancer survivor, Deanna now sees food and exercise as medicine, crediting restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation, in addition to specialized resistance training, as vital to her recovery process. Using her experiences, she wants to help others with their health and fitness journey. Learn More>>
