Shortly after her weight loss, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her fitness, determination, and the support she received were her lifelines. As a breast cancer survivor, Deanna now sees food and exercise as medicine, crediting restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation, in addition to specialized resistance training, as vital to her recovery process. Using her experiences, she wants to help others with their health and fitness journey. Learn More>>
